ACSI
– American Customer Satisfaction Index
was established in 1994 and is a powerful economic indicator with
a uniform and independent measure of household consumption
experience. ACSI tracks trends in customer satisfaction and
provides companies with valuable benchmarking insights of the
consumer economy.
ACSI is published quarterly in the Wall Street Journal and covers
70 000 American consumers, and 200 companies in seven industry
sectors.
The ACSI is produced through a partnership of the University of
Michigan Business School, the American Society for Quality (ASQ)
and GFI Group.

EPSI
– European Performance Satisfaction Index
is an instrument for monitoring, analysing and promoting customers,
people and society in any business enterprise as well as in
government and the public sector in general. It is based on the
established EFQM Excellence Model developed during the last ten
years.
A limited liability entity (EPSI-Rating) is formed between the
European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) and the
International Foundation for Customer Focus (IFCF).

EEI
- The European Employee Index® is a survey of employee
satisfaction in several European countries. The survey contributes
to an understanding of how to attract, keep, and motivate
qualified employees.
EEI is carried out once a year in selected European countries and
in 2003 those countries include Denmark, Norway, Sweden and
Finland. Additional countries will be involved in the survey in
the years to come.
The Index has been developed by CFI Group and MarkedsConsult in
co-operation with the Danish Centre for Management.
